In order to reduce exposure, we will have only one patient in the office at a time. All patients should call as they arrive for their appointments, so they can be screened and safely escorted into the office. Masks will be provided if needed.
All our caregivers are tested frequently for the COVID-19 virus. We follow strict CDC guidelines including, but not limited to wearing a mask, washing hands, and using hand sanitizer frequently. CDC-recommended Personal Protective Equipment is mandatory for all our caregivers.
We offer rapid testing for COVID-19, so patients will know their results and be given proper instructions in real time.
If an MD360 Member is experiencing symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath), or believes they have been exposed to the COVID-19 virus, they will be advised to call 911 if the symptoms are severe. If not, then they can set-up a telemedicine visit with Dr. Bhati to determine their need for testing.
If a test is needed, we will coordinate a safe, protected in-office appointment to evaluate and perform the test.
The majority of COVID-19 patients experience flu-like symptoms, or they may exhibit no symptoms at all. However, they are a subset who are at higher risk for more severe symptoms based on their age and medical history. All patients will be triaged with the most appropriate treatment, including immediate transfer to the hospital (next door) if needed.
